VSE Annual Conference in Stockholm / 23-24. May 2018

The VSE Annual Conference was opened by the Swedish Queen 23. May 2018 in Stockholm.
She emphasised the importance of victim support and the best possible treatment for those
who are in need.
During the conference plenary sessions and workshops were held about cybercrime, reaching
out for vulnerable groups, new legislations concerning victims and the GDPR amongst others.
A member of our organization and also a VSE board member, Gábor Dr. Veisz presented the
financial report of 2017 and the budget plan for 2018.
One of our colleagues gave a presentation on or project about a communal board game
focusing on crime prevention. We plan to work on it in cooperation with other international
services.
